Hat for Bridesmaid

This was among one of four hats I made for my bridal party and officiant for our wedding! This one is for my youngest bridesmaid, a girl I met while playing on a Minecraft server. At the time, she was in high school and I was in college. We're super close now and try to hang irl when we can!

She was hesitant to receive another hat, since she had been feeling too precious with another hat that I knit her previously (hopefully I can upload in the future!). However, I suggested I make her one that's a acrylic-wool blend, something that can be chucked into the wash. She agreed to the idea, changed her color preference a bit, and I found this adorable heart hat pattern! She wore the hat all throughout rehearsal dinner, so it's safe to say she really likes it.
