Let's Talk Chipspeech!

Chipspeech is a voice synth DAW instrument sold by Plogue that has been around since 2015. Unlike a lot of other vocal synth products such as Vocaloid and SynthV that aim to create realistic human vocals, Chipspeech recreates voices from vintage speech chips and other vintage vocal synthesis methods. Similar to other vocal synth software, each voice has an associated character and lore, providing unique and memorable characters. Notably, Chipspeech has a small but active fandom that is still going today!
